Helpful is what we do – and Ace is on a Mission to be the best, most trusted provider of home preservation services. We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment, takes pride in their work, and is committed to delivering high-quality service. As a Seasoned HVAC Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of helping people live comfortably. Who We Are: We are comprised of HVAC, plumbing, and construction service divisions in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. We proudly serve the Poconos, Monroe, Northampton Counties, & throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Requirements

  • Prior HVAC experience required
  • EPA Certification a plus!
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • NORA Certification (a plus, not required)
  • Must be available for rotating on-call schedule.
  • Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • EPA Certification a plus!
  • NORA Certification (a plus, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Technicians should confidently offer recommendations and explain financing or payment options when necessary, ensuring transparency and never pushing unnecessary products.
  • Conducting thorough testing and repairs on systems by operating them, identifying malfunctions, and replacing or repairing parts and components.
  • Providing accurate diagnoses and transparent recommendations to customers.
  • Performing preventive maintenance on systems.
  • Timely execution of authorized work with precision.
  • Documenting detailed accounts of work performed.
  • Upholding a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
  • Continuously updating job knowledge through participation in educational opportunities.
