We boldly go. Trane is currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Apprentice. This position has been designated as remote and work will be performed in North Charleston, SC.

Requirements

• No Industry Experience Required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age when you start on day 1.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations in the last 3 years.
• A strong desire to learn a trade and directly impact the world around you.

Responsibilities

• Assist seasoned Service Technicians in the installation and repair of environmental control systems.
• Utilize knowledge of refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, and structural layouts.
• Participate in the Trane Commercial HVAC Apprenticeship Program, which includes 2,000 hours of on-the-job training and over 140 hours of technical instruction per year.
