About The Position

The Service Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to our Carrier Distributors in the development, implementation, and coordination of the Territory's Service Technical fulfillment processes.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in technical support or related field

Responsibilities

  • Works with Carrier Distributors to establish required talent and resources
  • Work to ensure the implementation of the Safety Standards
  • Provides feedback to the Centers of Excellence on quality issues
  • Maintains quality standards by supervising and inspecting job sites
  • Responsible for internal communications flow relative to the technical fulfillment process
  • Responsible for Service Technical Support
  • Responsible for Estimator for Service implementation and execution
  • Responsible for providing feedback on technical trainings needed
  • Responsible for conducting Technical Training as required
  • Responsible for evaluation and processing of Shipped Products Defect
  • Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required
  • Travel throughout the Territory. (50 %)
