THE HOURS YOU'LL WORK: This role can be full-time, part-time, seasonal, or contract, depending on your availability and our business needs. Typically, you will work from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with on-call and overtime opportunities. THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE: You function as a technical expert, conducting service and repair on a diverse array of existing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, restoring system functionality efficiently and reliably. Concurrently, you take charge of the seamless installation of new residential and light commercial equipment, guaranteeing every unit meets our high standards for performance and longevity. You proactively communicate with customers, always ensuring they understand the work being performed and are delighted with the service you deliver.
