What You'll Earn Compensation: Guaranteed base pay plus performance-based commission on system recommendations, replacements, and maintenance agreements. Solid performers earning in the $125,000–$135,000 range Strong closers with technical depth regularly reaching $140,000–$150,000+ Your base keeps you stable. What Honest Selling Looks Like Here We want to be direct about what this role involves. You will be expected to: Assess the full condition of a customer's HVAC system, not just the immediate complaint Present options around repair, upgrade, or replacement with clear explanations of cost, efficiency, and lifespan tradeoffs Recommend maintenance agreements where they genuinely make sense for the homeowner Document your assessments and recommendations accurately What we don't want: Manufactured urgency or fear-based selling tactics Recommending replacements when the data isn’t telling the story Inflating issues to hit a sales number Our reputation is 40+ years in the making. What Your Day Looks Like You'll run residential service and diagnostic calls across our established customer base in our designated market in Maryland. Dispatch handles your scheduling, the Warehouse team ensures your company vehicle is stocked and maintained, and a support team is behind you so you can focus on the customer in front of you. Core responsibilities: Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Evaluate overall system health and present upgrade or replacement options honestly Recommend and close maintenance agreements, we love our members! Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the visit Keep accurate service and sales records via company-provided tablet You will not be cold-calling. Requirements

  • 3+ years of residential HVAC experience; you need real diagnostic credibility walking into a customer’s home
  • EPA 608 Certification required
  • Comfortable talking with homeowners, explaining technical issues in plain language, and presenting options without pressure
  • A track record of customer satisfaction, not just completed tickets
  • Valid driver's license with a reasonably clean driving record
