HVAC Selling Technician
About The Position
Overview A $2,500 signing bonus is available after 120 days (based on experience/performance). Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Roberts Cooling, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service Team. HVAC Service and Selling Technicians are paid hourly plus commission. Requirements
- 3-5 Years HVAC service experience required
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
- Ability to commute/relocate: Gulf Shores, AL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Experience: HVAC Service or Sales: 3 year (Required)
Nice To Haves
- EPA Type II (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
- Maintain strong customer service
- Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot HVAC system issues for customers and understand system design
- Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS
