Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license
- Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
- Neat, clean and organized
- Great work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Residential and Commercial service work experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer needs
- Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices
- Present system options, pricing, financing, and warranties in a clear, professional manner
- Generate new business and drive company sales to meet monthly sales goals
- Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure accurate job details
- Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings
- Maintain detailed reports of sales activities
