About The Position
Join Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning Co., a well-established family-owned business with over 50 years of experience in the HVAC industry. We are currently seeking a motivated HVAC salesperson to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who can quickly adapt and start making sales within 1-2 weeks. You will not be required to make cold calls, as we provide leads to our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to visit existing customers and prospects to assess their HVAC needs and evaluate their current heating and cooling systems. After each visit, you will generate a proposal tailored to the customer's requirements. As an HVAC salesperson, you will coordinate with homeowners, engineers, architects, builders, and co-workers to ensure that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the sales process. We are looking for a highly ambitious sales professional with HVAC experience and a proven track record of success. Successful candidates will be tenacious, critical thinkers, and possess strong closing skills. This position offers unlimited income potential based on performance, without the burden of micromanagement. In addition to a competitive base salary of $50,000, you will have the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses, with expected total pay ranging from $75,000 to $150,000. We also offer a generous benefits package, including a vehicle allowance, an iPhone, paid ongoing training, and a standard 40-hour workweek.
