About The Position

We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians with sales focus for residential service (light repairs) and HVAC system replacement sales . You will provide system options, design recommendations, and financing to homeowners and light commercial clients — while delivering excellent service. If you’re an HVAC tech ready to step into sales and earn BIG commissions, this is your opportunity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC trade experience (required)
• Sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong technical competence in HVAC systems
• Clean driving record
• Pass background check & drug screening

Responsibilities

• Present system replacement options & upgrades
• Provide clear financing options
• Conduct light repairs / service as needed
• Follow One Hour sales system & ethical selling practices
• Maintain sales margins and revenue targets
• Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and professional
• Respect customer homes — wear floor savers and maintain professionalism
