Requirements

  • Applicants must have 3+ years of sales experience
  • Applicants must have 3+ years of HVAC design, installation, and/or service experience
  • Must be clean-cut with a positive attitude, willing to learn, and be a team player
  • Must be exceptionally personable, polite, and an excellent communicator
  • Self-driver - must take customers from start to finish
  • Knowledge of home energy systems.
  • Must have sufficient experience and understanding of HVAC to provide accurate estimates via a virtual meeting

Nice To Haves

  • Electrical, solar, and plumbing experience is a plus
  • $2000 signing bonus available if BPI (Building Performance Institute) or NATE certified
