In-Home Comfort Advisor (HVAC Sales) Location: Scottsdale, AZ Company: Larson Air Compensation: $200,000+ (Commission) Employment Type: Full-Time 🚀 Are You a Closer Who Cares About People? Requirements

• 2+ years in HVAC sales or in-home sales (preferred)
• Strong closing ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to overcome price objections with confidence
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Run qualified company-provided leads (no cold calling)
• Perform in-home comfort evaluations
• Identify homeowner needs and pain points
• Present equipment and financing options
• Close sales on the first visit when appropriate
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
• Follow up and communicate with install teams
