About The Position

Town & Country Services is seeking a talented full-time HVAC Sales Rep - Comfort Advisor for our Tonica, IL location. With the security of a salary plus performance-based pay, uncapped earning potential, warm leads (no cold calling), and great benefits such as a take-home vehicle, gas card, phone, and tablet. This is a full-time role with shifts that vary within business hours . The position will also include on-call, evening, and weekend hours; please ask for specific details regarding these shifts. You will be dispatched daily from your home directly to job sites-no need to report to a central location. As an HVAC Sales Rep - Comfort Advisor, all your leads will be provided by Town & Country Services, so you will focus on connecting with customers, assessing their home comfort needs, and presenting HVAC solutions that fit their lifestyles. You will walk customers through product options, explain installation details, and offer transparent pricing, as well as financing and promotional options. Building trust and relationships will be at the heart of your job, as you help homeowners make informed decisions. Your day will be supported by a company vehicle, gas card, phone, and tablet, and you will have access to ongoing training and product knowledge development as you work toward closing deals efficiently.

Requirements

3+ years of HVAC sales experience
Sales experience
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication, consultative sales skills, and product presentation ability
Must have the ability to pass a background check
