About The Position

If you are highly motivated to use your sales skills working directly with an HVAC Service team that is organized, trained, and focuses on craftsmanship, you have found your best opportunity! The HVAC Tech Team Design Supervisor is responsible for working with service department technicians performing regular maintenance or service repair on residential heating and air conditioning equipment to identify opportunities for upgrades and replacements. This position is specifically for the experienced, highly proficient HVAC sales professional. This position solely works with service technicians for leads and sales opportunities by conducting team visits and also attending to leads that are turned over by the service team. Additional note: This position works only with service related opportunities with clients, these are the highest conversion opportunities in the HVAC industry. At this time, we are only offering one new position for this role. This is position has great responsibilities, but even greater rewards. Requirements

  • HVAC Trade experience necessary
  • HVAC sales experience necessary
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Ability to work long hours during high demand from clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Desire to exceed customer's expectations
  • Clean Background check, DMV record and Driver's license required
  • Drug-free workplace
  • Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Attend technician meetings and training; lead technician training sessions and conduct 1-on-1 sales coaching to service technicians
  • Conduct joint visits with service and maintenance technicians on schedule maintenance or service appointments
  • Help technicians present preventative repair options, upgrade opportunities, service agreements, and pricing to clients in a clear, polite, and respectful manner
  • Respond, often times on short notice, to technicians leads and present replacement options to clients for upgrading systems in their home
  • Complete sales documents accurately and timely, submitted installation-ready photos/documents to the installation department
