About The Position

We are seeking a motivated sales professional to fill a role focused on guiding customers through HVAC system replacements and upgrades using phone calls, video conferencing, and digital tools. This is a unique opportunity to join a modern company leveraging technology to disrupt traditional in-home sales.   Work Location / Residency Requirements:   This position is in-person. Candidates must be available to work on-site at the local branch location closest to them. Requirements

  • Proven HVAC sales experience is required, ideally within residential services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, listening).
  • Strong understanding of energy efficiency and HVAC systems.
  • A high-energy, confident individual who demonstrates accountability and professionalism.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with warm leads and existing customers virtually (via phone/video) to understand their home comfort needs.
  • Listen actively, ask probing questions, and utilize proprietary digital tools to assess their current systems and potential issues remotely.
  • Educate clients on energy efficiency options, long-term value, and specific product features.
  • Create and present tailored HVAC replacement or upgrade proposals using digital design tools.
  • Secure sales, process orders efficiently, and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with local installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage technology to build rapport and trust remotely, delivering complex information clearly and professionally.
