About The Position

Founded in Hudson, FL, we now operate in New Port Richey, Orlando, and Tampa, providing reliable residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC services. Our focus is simple: quality workmanship, fair pricing, and dependable service our customers can trust. We are looking for an HVAC Sales and Comfort Advisor to help homeowners and businesses improve comfort, efficiency, and system performance. This role is responsible for meeting with customers, evaluating HVAC systems, and recommending tailored solutions. You will conduct on-site consultations, prepare estimates for installation, repair, or maintenance, and guide customers through energy-efficient options. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience in HVAC sales
  • Strong understanding of residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to assess needs and recommend practical solutions
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check

Nice To Haves

  • Outside sales experience in HVAC
  • Knowledge of energy-efficient HVAC systems
  • Ability to read blueprints or technical documents

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify residential and commercial customers
  • Conduct in-home consultations and system evaluations
  • Recommend customized HVAC solutions based on customer needs
  • Prepare accurate and competitive proposals and estimates
  • Present products and services clearly and confidently
  • Follow up on leads and close sales to meet revenue goals
  • Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with installation and service teams for smooth project execution
  • Track sales activity and customer information in CRM software
  • Stay current on HVAC products, technology, and industry trends
