Our HVAC installers are accountable for the installation of duct work in residential new construction homes and the installation of HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans in new residential construction homes. They must maintain quality and safety standards on all installations and tasks. The role requires a general knowledge of HVAC equipment and the ability to troubleshoot and repair all issues that may arise during an install. Effective communication with the builder and supervisors about the process of each installation is essential, as well as informing and educating all personnel on newly installed equipment. Additionally, installers are responsible for ensuring that the company vehicle is kept clean and well maintained, along with performing all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
