About The Position

The HVAC Residential Territory Manager is responsible for managing and expanding sales within a designated residential territory. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with residential customers, HVAC contractors, and distributors to achieve sales targets and promote the company's products and services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably in a residential market.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
  • Experience with Epicor Prophet 21.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential market.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, HVAC contractors, and distributors.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of HVAC systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to residential clients.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize activities within the assigned territory.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay informed about industry developments.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the residential HVAC market in the territory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to the company on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct training sessions for HVAC contractors and distributors on the company's products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices to effectively communicate relevant information to customers.
  • Any other duties as required.
