Requirements
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain it immediately)
- Ability to build relationships based on teamwork, trust, and respect
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to embrace and learn new technologies
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification required
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. regularly
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, climbing ladders, and performing outdoor work
- All candidates will undergo pre-employment drug screenings and background checks
- A valid driver’s license is required, and candidates must submit a recent DMV Safe Driving Record to demonstrate safe driving practices

Responsibilities
- Install and remove HVAC systems, parts, and products
- Diagnose HVAC system issues
- Prepare accurate repair estimates
- Educate customers about HVAC products and services
- Perform regular system maintenance
- Mentor and train junior team members
- Maintain clear communication with clients and customers
- Follow local HVAC codes and regulations
- Take on various tasks as needed, based on company requirements
