About The Position

Join ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience. This position offers full-time, year-round work with multiple day/shift options to discuss and choose from. The pay ranges from $60,000 to $100,000+, which includes hourly pay plus commission opportunities. A sign-on bonus of up to $5000 is available based on experience and interview performance. Insurance is available after 31 days, with low-cost medical options starting as low as $5/week, along with dental, vision, HSA/FSA, and a 401(k) with company match. Employees also receive 13 days of PTO plus 8 paid holidays, company-paid life insurance, a take-home vehicle with a gas card, uniforms with a cleaning service, and weekly direct deposit.

Requirements

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.
