What We’re Looking For: We’re hiring a Lead HVAC Installer who can: - Run all types of residential installations from start to finish (heat pumps, gas furnaces, ACs, air handlers, and ductwork). - Lead a two-person team efficiently while keeping quality and timelines on track. - Train and mentor an install helper to become the next lead. - Keep jobsites organized, safe, and customer-ready at all times. - Communicate clearly with customers and team members. - Solve problems with confidence and integrity. - Represent Mission Comfort's values in the field. Minimum Requirements: - 2+ years of residential HVAC lead installation experience - Strong leadership and communication skills - EPA Certification (preferred) - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record - Ability to pass a background check and drug screen - NATE Certification a plus (but not required) Our Core Values: - Integrity: Do the right thing - even when no one is watching. - Excellence: Details matter. Requirements
- 2+ years of residential HVAC lead installation experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- NATE Certification a plus (but not required)
