About The Position
We're Growing! New Jersey's premier HVAC-Plumbing-Electrical company is seeking experienced HVAC Installation Technicians to join our team. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required . This position reports to our Installation Manager and our ideal candidate must be flexible with overtime and weekend customer needs (voluntary). Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Requirements
- Five years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to read, understand, and follow manufacturer and Air Group, LLC installation guides
- Professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills - the ability to speak with customers professionally and respectfully
- Demonstrated ability to produce quality and consistent workmanship to avoid callbacks
- Comfortable working in a team environment - must be able to collaborate with and support others
- Ability to use technology tools to record and view job information/history
- Safety first mindset and the ability to keep an organized, clean workspace
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
- US Citizen or Green card holder (no sponsorship is available now or in the future)

- HVACr trade school certification preferred (fully complete)
- EPA 608 certification
