Requirements

• 3-5+ years of HVAC experience (residential preferred)
• Completed HVAC training program, EPA license preferred
• Strong skills in diagnostics, repair, and customer service
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in tight spaces, attics, and outdoors
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Make light HVAC repairs when needed or recommend replacements.
• Perform routine HVAC maintenance to prevent future issues and improve efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining any issues and providing service options in a professional, friendly way.
• Keep detailed notes on recommendations, service visit details, and parts usage logs.
• Follow all safety protocols including local and state HVAC codes.
