About The Position
Maintains and operates various types of ventilation systems, filter systems, humidity controls and exhaust controls. Always ready for any unexpected changes to your schedule and being fluid to any potential obstacles.
Requirements
- Ability to perform work during normal business operations.
Responsibilities
- Performs maintenance on mechanical and electrical aspects of systems to include high, medium, and low temperature units.
- Repairs and adjusts equipment as required.
- Installs and repairs pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems as per specifications and applicable codes.
- Assists with training of the Apprentice Engineer.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Changes and installs air filters as required.
- Maintains air handling units.
- Responds to routine maintenance calls as required.
- Other Duties as assigned
