Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Two (2) years trade school and Freon License.
- Two (2) years hands on experience.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot problems with all HVAC and refrigeration equipment as well as all preventative maintenance programs for all units.
- Responsible for maintenance and repair of existing HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Responsible for installation of new HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Provides “on call” HVAC and Refrigeration support on rotating schedule.
- Helps to ensure compliance with all Federal, State and local laws and OSHA regulations.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
- Able to lift 85 pounds
- Able to stand/walk/kneel for extended periods of time.
- Able to work in extremes in weather.
- Able to remain flexible in an environment of constant change.
