HVAC/R Service Technician

Requirements
- EPA 608 Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, refrigeration, airflow, controls)
- Comfort working independently in the field
- Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- 5+ years commercial/industrial HVAC/R experience
- Strong experience with complex systems (chillers, boilers, low temp refrigeration, etc.)
- Proven ability to diagnose and solve problems without trial-and-error
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC/R systems
- Working on a range of equipment (RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, refrigeration, etc.)
- Performing preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Handling installs, startups, and system commissioning
- Communicating clearly with customers on issues, repairs, and recommendations
- Documenting work accurately (notes, photos, parts, quotes)
- Participating in an on-call rotation
- Representing the company professionally on every job
- Handle complex diagnostics independently
- Work on large/critical systems in industrial environments
- Mentor and support less experienced technicians
