HVAC/R Instructor
About The Position
Fortis College in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced, highly motivated HVAC/R Instructor to join its faculty. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach courses in our HVAC/R program. This is a full-time, professional position reporting directly to the Program Director. The primary responsibility will be to teach HVAC/R courses. Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, assist the program director and participate in department training, meetings and graduation.
Requirements
- Diploma required
- Certification in HVAC/R
- At least three years of experience in the field of HVAC/R
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, motivated and results driven
Nice To Haves
- Prior teaching experience preferred
