Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience required, preferably as a lead technician.
• EPA license required
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic math skills.
• Works with sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work beyond regular schedule, to complete work assignments as required.
• Ability to work on-call, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to work on roofs, in attics, basements and crawl spaces.
• The associate must have a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
• The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally 100 lbs.
• Squats, bends and twists periodically throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

• Service Titan experience is preferred but not required.
• Indiana and Kentucky journeyman license preferred.

Responsibilities

• inspecting the installing of HVAC units
• communicate well with customers, and supervising team and work alongside the manufacturers to solve any issues.
• Technical ability to problem solve various types of problems that will affect, but are not part of the HVAC system.
