About The Position

ABM is looking for an HVAC Project Manager who is goal oriented, self-motivated and has demonstrated leadership skills. As the Project Manager, you will manage the skilled trade personnel (HVAC Installation Technicians and Subcontractors) who perform retrofit or replacement of our customer's mechanical systems and equipment on projects under $3.0M. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and administrative of project activities at multiple buildings within a regional territory. Additionally, you will develop and implement cost control measures and schedules to ensure project compliance with customer specifications and contract requirements for all regional projects. You will oversee scheduling, execution, personnel needs, subcontractors, equipment and supplies for each project, and forecast and ensure quality control within the assigned regional territory.
