What You’ll Do As a Commercial HVAC Project Manager, you will: Manage HVAC and mechanical construction projects from award through closeout Protect gross margin through cost control and disciplined forecasting Maintain accurate cost-to-complete projections Enforce contractual scope and structured change management Coordinate field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors Lead owner/architect/contractor (OAC) meetings Ensure documentation accuracy within Procore Reinforce jobsite safety compliance Success means predictable project performance, strong documentation, and clean financial execution. What You Bring 3–7 years of commercial HVAC or mechanical construction project management experience Proven ability to manage budgets and construction schedules Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, drawings, and contracts Experience forecasting costs and protecting project margin Proficiency in Procore or comparable PM systems Ability to manage multiple HVAC construction projects simultaneously Union mechanical construction experience is a plus. Compensation & Stability Base Salary: $105,000 – $130,000, based on experience and project complexity. Requirements

3–7 years of commercial HVAC or mechanical construction project management experience
Proven ability to manage budgets and construction schedules
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, drawings, and contracts
Experience forecasting costs and protecting project margin
Proficiency in Procore or comparable PM systems
Ability to manage multiple HVAC construction projects simultaneously
