As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who can confidently lead complex commercial projects, keep teams aligned, and deliver results on time and on budget. Requirements

• 3–10 years of project management experience in mechanical construction (HVAC, plumbing, or related trades)
• Proven ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously
• Strong working knowledge of construction management tools such as Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, schedules, and mechanical drawings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Calm, solutions‑oriented mindset when navigating challenges

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from pre‑construction through closeout
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources to maintain efficient schedules
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and manage core project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages
• Track budgets, job costs, forecasting, and overall project profitability
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards, specifications, and codes
• Proactively identify risks, solve challenges, and keep projects moving forward
