About The Position

As our next HVAC Project Manager - Comfort Advisor, you'll enter homes as a trusted expert. You will: Advise homeowners on achieving peak comfort and improved air quality through their HVAC system. Meet or exceed sales goals set by management. Analyze single‑family homes and understand what construction constraints mean for equipment selection. Perform accurate heat load calculations and apply them during the sales process. Measure existing equipment for seamless installation planning. Document sales notes cleanly in our CRM and consistently follow up with unresolved leads. Conduct post‑installation reviews and verify quality control. Complete paperwork (tickets, invoices, work orders, timecards, etc.) on time and accurately. Follow all company policies and directives from management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of in‑home selling to residential customers.
  • Highly developed analytical thinking skills.
  • Warm, friendly communication style with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Self‑starter mentality with urgency, ownership, and drive.
  • Strong organization skills and detail orientation.
  • Personal integrity and professionalism at all times.
  • Availability for extended hours, evenings, and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Strong verbal/written communication and the ability to connect with all personality types.
