As a Project Engineer, you will guide new product development from concept through launch, shaping the next generation of high-performance energy recovery ventilation equipment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
  • 10+ years of engineering project experience
  • Experience designing HVAC equipment or systems strongly preferred
  • SolidWorks proficiency (intermediate to advanced)
  • Strong grasp of engineering/design principles and manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and MS Project
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Engineering a plus
  • Energy recovery wheel experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional project teams and keep development efforts on schedule.
  • Translate product plans and specs into clear timelines and deliverables.
  • Make design decisions that drive safety, quality, reliability, cost, and manufacturability.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, design documentation, test plans, and specifications.
  • Conduct and analyze technical testing; ensure product certifiability and performance.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and external suppliers to maintain project momentum.
  • Estimate project costs and support accounting with accurate project charge data.
  • Facilitate project gate reviews with leadership and communicate progress across teams.
  • Support continuous improvement projects, manufacturing engineering, and technical problem-solving.
  • Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic engineering environment.
