We are Urgently Hiring HVAC Preventative Technicians in your area! ConServ Building Services was founded in 1991, as the service division of BCH Mechanical. Requirements

• Universal EPA required
• A minimum of 1-3 years of HVAC knowledge/experience
• Individual MUST have a Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Refrigeration experience is a PLUS but not required
• HVAC schooling is a preferred

Responsibilities

• Coil cleaning, filter changes, drain cleaning.
• Operational checks on commercial HVAC systems
• Assisting HVAC/R Service Technicians with installations and repair of HVAC/R equipment when required.
