Requirements
- Proven experience in both HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with diagnostic tools, software, and mobile apps.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Able to pass a 12-panel drug test.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality service.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair on HVAC and plumbing systems in commercial, institutional, and specialized facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, leveraging tech tools and software.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Complete required documentation and reports accurately.
