Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC and Plumbing management experience or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and ServiceTitan software
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Responsibilities
