About The Position
HVAC/Plumbing Detailer position at large mechanical and plumbing construction company We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth.
Requirements
- Local Stable Work History
- 3+ years prior field experience in HVAC/Plumbing detailing.
- Prior experience designing or drafting sheet metal, piping, plumbing systems, and coordinating with other trades.
- Strong knowledge in: State HVAC/Plumbing Building Codes, OSHA Standards, among other codes.
- Software knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk, Navisworks, BlueBeam, Quickpen, among others.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Foreman on Change-orders and make HVAC/Plumbing Detail changes
- Explain design-intent on AutoCAD drawings
