What You’ll Do As a Client Care Specialist, you will have a meaningful impact every day by: Providing exceptional service through inbound and outbound customer calls. Scheduling service appointments and promoting maintenance club memberships. Using call scripts confidently while keeping conversations natural and helpful. Meeting daily call goals that support customer needs and company success. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records. Ensuring timely membership renewals and proactive maintenance scheduling. Working closely with dispatch to ensure smooth, efficient service coordination. Escalating service concerns quickly to ensure customer satisfaction. Participating in ongoing training to grow your skills and career. Maintaining a professional, friendly, and positive attitude with customers and teammates. Identifying customer needs and offering thoughtful solutions that build trust and loyalty.
