Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills; excellent communicator.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, works well with minimal direct supervision.
  • Solid business acumen, sound decision maker, problem solver
  • Computer acumen, comfortable with Excel, Word, APPS, Email, CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Make regular customer visits throughout the territory to solicit rental, parts and service sales.
  • Record all customer sales visits and relevant sales activity in CRM database within 24 hours of the event.
  • Regularly collect and report market information regarding competitors, trends, and product development opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs.
  • Continuously research the sales territory, identifying and adding qualified prospects to the CRM database.
  • Assist management with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections.
  • Provide technical training or technical information to customers as required.
