  • Maintain internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and supervise the Systems Project Manager team in the assigned region.
  • Responsible for the overall financial results of the portfolio of assigned projects.
  • Ensure work performed is compliant with local and federal legal requirements and operates all assigned projects with the highest ethics.
  • Build partnering relationships with the owner or owner representatives responsible for decision making to drive the system technology sales of JCI offerings.
  • Ensure that all assigned projects are executed with the highest level of customer satisfaction, completed on time, and billed within the scope of the contract while maintaining profitability goals and positive cash flow.
  • Effectively communicate the status of projects to Johnson Controls key stakeholders by providing monthly forecasts of revenue, costs, and gross margins by project.
  • Manage the Systems Engineering Leaders to ensure they are appropriately staffed and have the necessary resources to effectively execute their projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal, and legal requirements and ensure installation projects are compliant with ethical standards.
  • Champion and drive safety standards by following the SSA Safety Standards Program and audit all projects to ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Work closely with supervisors to identify resources and field teams that will support the systems and installations projects in the assigned region.
  • High School or Equivalent Degree.
  • Two years progressively responsible field sales experience; two years selling HVAC or building automation systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in business.
  • Professional interpersonal communication and collaborative skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Three years progressively responsible field sales experience; three years selling HVAC or building automation systems.
