About The Position

The HVAC Owner Account Sales Executive at Johnson Controls is responsible for selling service offerings to building owners, primarily at the Director level. This role focuses on building and managing long-term customer relationships, promoting the company's value proposition, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position involves cultivating new sales opportunities and expanding existing accounts through renewable service agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of six (6) years of progressive field sales experience.
• At least one year of successful experience selling HVAC or building automation system services or projects.
• Demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in business practices.
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to influence account decision-makers at key levels.

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls service offerings to building owners at the Director level.
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships and partnerships with target accounts.
• Promote the Johnson Controls value proposition by providing technical solutions and operational expertise.
• Cultivate and manage long-term relationships while seeking out, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities.
• Obtain and close sales on a monthly basis, focusing on expanding the depth and breadth of offerings within accounts.
• Sell, renew, and expand renewable service agreements, including multi-year agreements, to new and existing customers.
• Actively listen to customer concerns and understand their business needs.
