Job Overview As an HVAC Multifamily Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in our project team, responsible for traveling to our different projects across Florida. This role would be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multifamily projects in the Kissimmee area ensuring high-quality work, timely completion, and adherence to safety standards. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently servicing heating and air equipment at all our multifamily sites.

Requirements

5+ years of HVAC service experience (multifamily experience highly preferred)
Strong project management and coordination skills
EPA Universal Certification (Required)
Self-starter with high accountability and attention to detail
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Willingness to travel between project sites as needed
Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage HVAC crews across multiple multifamily projects
Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, and equipment to maintain project timelines
Ensure all HVAC installations meet code requirements, safety standards, and project specifications
Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks
Proactively resolve job site issues to prevent project delays
Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to provide updates and address concerns
Use project management software (Service Titan preferred) to document progress and report metrics
Maintain a professional, safety-first jobsite environment
Travel between job sites as needed
