Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, trade school diploma or equivalent experience with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
  • In place of a diploma, a mix of experience and education will be taken into account.
  • A valid driver's license is needed.
  • Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting heavy loads.
  • Capability to adhere to fundamental work procedures and norms in the execution of tasks.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with a curious approach.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at multiple facilities.
  • Provide support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems, ensuring they operate flawlessly.
  • Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment to ensure accurate operation and compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine the best course of action for equipment modifications.
  • Impact systems through clearly defined duties, and follow detailed methods and tasks.
  • Deliver your output by following defined procedures/processes under close supervision and mentorship.
  • Adhere to basic work routines and standards when carrying out tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Operate company-issued vehicles to carry out daily work responsibilities.
