Requirements

  • Strong closing ability
  • Technical understanding of HVAC systems, retrofits, and service models
  • Experience selling preventative maintenance agreements
  • Comfortable reviewing specifications and construction drawings
  • Strong business acumen with margin-focused selling
  • Highly organized with disciplined pipeline management

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct on-site evaluations and recommend tailored HVAC solutions
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals aligned with scope and profitability goals
  • Negotiate contracts and close complex mechanical opportunities
  • Maintain CRM activity, pipeline tracking, and accurate forecasting
  • Partner with estimating, service, and construction teams for seamless execution
  • Attend industry events and build brand presence in the local market
  • Drive top-line revenue and gross margin performance
  • Increase market share across service, retrofit, and construction
  • Expand recurring revenue through service agreements and PM programs
  • Strengthen long-term customer partnerships
