About The Position

CRB is expanding our Mechanical Engineering discipline and seeking talented professionals at all levels (III, IV, and V) to join our growing team. About the Role As a Mechanical Engineer at CRB, you will focus on the design and engineering of HVAC and mechanical utilities for new buildings, renovations, and process systems. You will manage multiple complex tasks, establish priorities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, constructible designs. Responsibilities include: Designing mechanical systems in compliance with codes and industry standards. Performing load calculations, utility assessments, energy modeling, and equipment selection. Developing design reports, plans, P&IDs, schedules, and specifications. Coordinating with architects, engineers, clients, and construction partners. Utilizing BIM tools, CAD software, and engineering platforms for design execution. Supporting construction activities, including RFIs, submittal reviews, and field surveys. Locations We are hiring across all CRB offices, with a strong focus on: St. Louis, MO | Kansas City, MO | Dallas, TX | Conshohocken, Pennsylvania | Boston, MA | San Diego, CA | Denver, CO. Requirements

  • ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant AEC experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of mechanical/plumbing/fire/building codes and industry standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISPE, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred; EIT required if PE is not obtained.
  • Experience in life sciences or food & beverage industries is a plus.
