We’re launching a brand-new HVAC division, and we’re looking for a licensed HVAC leader with the skills, vision, and drive to make it happen. This is a rare opportunity to start a department from scratch—your systems, your team, your mark on our company’s future.

Requirements

• Active HVAC license in [State] (required)
• 5+ years HVAC experience; management preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with business growth experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean record

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead our HVAC division from the ground up
• Hire, train, and manage your team
• Perform installs, maintenance, and repairs (hands-on at first)
• Ensure compliance with all codes and safety standards
• Develop service protocols, pricing, and growth strategies
