Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Maintenance Technician
• Relevant licenses and certifications
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Hard-working and motivated

Nice To Haves

• Experience with residential HVAC systems
• Previous customer service experience
• Familiarity with HVAC tools and equipment

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Provide excellent customer service during service calls
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance while representing the company
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for services rendered
