About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will handle routine maintenance, inspections, start-ups, and repairs to ensure our customers’ HVAC systems are operating at peak performance. Experienced HVAC Installers with some service/maintenance experience are encouraged to apply — we are willing to train the right candidate.
Requirements
- Experience preferred but not required (training available for the right candidate)
- Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and work outdoors
- Valid driver’s license required (for company vehicle use)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems
- Complete system start-ups and inspections
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Provide excellent customer service on every job
