Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in residential HVAC services.
- Knowledge of the HVAC codes and safety procedures
- Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
- Proven Sales and Customer Service Experience in HVAC or Related Technical Service Industries
- Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and professional commitment
- Physical dexterity.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Troubleshoot Residential HVAC Systems, Providing Expert Guidance for Confident Customer Purchase Decisions
- Identify & communicate HVAC issue(s) with customers
- Educate customers on their HVAC systems, functions and needs.
- Maintain a fully stock inventory for each job.
- Document work performed by following company procedure.
- Maintain professional standards and conduct in all working environments, respecting diverse personal and cultural expressions
- Set up HVAC service or installation calls when needed
