Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a maintenance technician preferred
- Familiarity with HVAC tools, equipment, and techniques
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks related to HVAC installations or repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine HVAC maintenance, including system inspections, filter changes, coil cleanings and other basic adjustments
- Able to communicate clearly and in a professional manner while providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair issues with residential HVAC equipment
- Test system performance and make adjustments to optimize efficiency and airflow
- Respond to scheduled maintenance & service calls in a timely and professional matter
- Assist in minor repairs and part replacements
- Follow all safety guidelines, company procedures and local codes
- Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicle to company standards
