What You’ll Do As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups on residential and commercial HVAC systems Inspect, clean, test, and adjust system components for optimal performance and efficiency Identify potential issues and recommend repairs or system upgrades Replace filters, belts, capacitors, contactors, and other common maintenance parts Perform system performance testing and safety checks Maintain accurate service documentation and maintenance records Communicate findings clearly with customers and team members Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and industry regulations Deliver professional, friendly, and high-quality customer service
